Washington D.C. Office Opening

Han Santos, PLLC is pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Washington D.C. located at Foggy Bottom. With our new office, Han Santos continues to formalize our firm’s national scope, and our attorneys are committed to being leading counselors across a wide spectrum of law. Our diversity of clients and experience is key to our excellence in law and in our counsel. Expanding into the heart of governance, regulatory and compliance practices will continue to enrich our practices.

The opening of our office closely follows the hiring of Alan Thiemann to our team. Mr. Thiemann is a senior privacy, standards and soft IP attorney who has represented clients before more than a dozen federal departments and agencies, as well as internationally. He has represented the assessment industry for more than 30 years and has been General Counsel to a convenience/ petroleum industry’s standards development organization for over 20 years. Furthermore, Mr. Thiemann is a registered lobbyist, and has successfully lobbied Congress and state legislatures on a wide range of issues.

Dan Stanger, whom has been with Han Santos for one year, is the Managing Partner of the D.C. office. Mr. Stanger is an intellectual property attorney with over 30 years’ experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and, having been managing partner in three previous law firms, Mr. Stanger brings a wealth of law practice management experience to the new office.

We are enthusiastic about the growth of our firm and look forward to formalizing our D.C. practice into a “bricks and mortar” operation within the coming year. Thank you to both our clients and our team members for making such an enormous milestone possible.
