Association of Test Publishers Conference and AI White Paper

The Association of Test Publishers (ATP) is hosting a conference: Innovations in Testing: Bridging Opportunities for Better Assessment. The event takes place on March 20 - 23 online and at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. Registration and sponsorship are open.

Innovations in Testing will focus on issues of diversity and inclusion, security, technological advances, artificial intelligence, and new ways of learning.

Donna McPartland, Of Counsel at Han Santos and part of our Data Privacy and Cybersecurity team, will be in attendance. Donna is the Co-Chair of the International Privacy Subcommittee of the ATP Security Committee, which published the ATP white paper, Artificial Intelligence and the Testing Industry: A Primer.

Alan Thiemann, Partner at Han Santos, will also be attending virtually serves as General Counsel for ATP.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to scale beyond the technology sector and impacts all industries including testing and education. AI impacts businesses and is an increasing area of focus for us and our clients in testing, education technology, and other industries.
