Shelbi Hogenson

Legal Program Specialist

Shelbi Hogenson is the firm’s Legal Program Specialist, managing several initiatives on behalf of Han Santos’ clients. She notably developed a comprehensive process for Intellectual Property Counseling and Engineering Outreach and manages client intake and engagement.

Prior to joining the team Shelbi worked for the Washington State House of Representatives for five years. She spent four of those years as a Legislative Assistant where she managed the Olympia and in-district offices of a state representative. She rounded out her tenure as the Assistant Coordinator of the Civic Education Program. She managed and mentored 25 undergraduate, non-partisan policy interns during their time working for the House of Representatives. Her work in Olympia made Shelbi a true resource on public policy, specifically at the state level. Her Public Policy competencies include Higher Education, Transportation, State Government, and Consumer Privacy.

Shelbi is typically the first member of the Business Operations team that our clients engage with. She is a consummate professional and takes both pride and a deep sense of ownership in both her work and client relationships.
