Andy Han is a Han Santos, PLLC Co-Founder and Partner. He founded the firm in 2013 with Pat Santos, who has been a close friend and colleague since their first year at UW, where they shared a dorm.

Andy’s law career spans 15 years with periods at large-scale law firms and boutiques alike. He was a partner at a National IP law firm before founding his first private practice, Han IP Law and then partnering with Pat Santos to form Han Santos.

Andy is knowledgeable in many fields of technology, making him uniquely qualified to counsel within a wide array of technical industries. Before kicking off his law career, Andy worked for 14 years in various technical roles, including product management positions with Cisco Systems, Marimba, and engineering positions within Applied Materials and IBM. Andy is also a Veteran, spending several years ship-board, as a nuclear propulsion officer for the United States Navy.

In his spare time Andy builds remote control cars, and has done so since he was a teenager. He now boasts a vast collection of self-made cars. He also cultivates Bonzi trees to nurture some of his more artistic interests. Andy lives in the greater Seattle area with his wife and two daughters.
