Shamim Mohandessi

Shamim Mohandessi entered the legal profession after a brief career as a policy analyst, managing and administering energy management pilot projects for an energy utility. Before working in the energy industry, Mr. Mohandessi was an early employee of a local advertising startup that in Seattle. In addition to his practice, Mr. Mohandessi lectures on the legal needs of emerging growth companies at the University of Washington and devotes time to a number of non-profit organizations, addressing needs of the community in the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining Han Santos, PLLC, Mr. Mohandessi was a member of a regional corporate and securities firm where he represented emerging growth companies in their securities offerings and corporate matters. Mr. Mohandessi’s clients include software companies, device companies, energy companies, and biomedical companies.
